"The Bar"

The bar. And no, not the vodka cranberry kind . These are even better - we promise.

Here is a collection of 7 of the tastiest, (and most creative) buffet must-haves for your wedding day!

1. Candy Bar

A vast and growing trend that we love! Create a candy bar filled with all your favourite candy, while corresponding to the colour scheme and ambiance of your wedding.

Some great filler candies that can be easily matched to your colour scheme include:

  • Jelly beans
  • Candy rocks
  • Saltwater taffy
  • Gumballs
  • Marshmallows
  • Sugar sticks
  • Cotton candy

Be sure to pair your candy bar up with a creative banner and backdrop.

This is such a sweet touch that all your guests will love.

2. Soda Bar

A DIY soda bar that will surely ensure guests stayed refreshed, while satisfying their sweet tooth. Remember, you can also add ice cream for an ice cream float option!

Pair up the bar with mason jars as glasses for an extra affordable and practical alternative.

3. Ice Cream Sundae Bar

Perfect for any summer wedding! This is a great way to incorporate your theme, while keeping guests nice and cool at the same time. Get creative with the flavours and toppings - bride and grooms favourites, season-based, theme-based - whatever you'd like!

Be sure you have access to a portable freezer or ice bucket prior to planning for this.

4. Popcorn Bar

Arguably the best midnight snack... Spice up the classic go-to snack by providing guests with the option to create their own DIY popcorn flavours, or mix-and-match classic favourites!

We know we would definitely pop by this station!

5. S'mores Bar

One of my personal favourites! This childhood favourite snack can be paired with so many wedding themes - ranging from rustic weddings, to summer themed weddings.

(You may need to pair a sticky finger station with this one too)

6. Coffee Bar

Lets be honest, weddings are a long and eventful day - your guests are going to need their caffeine kick to keep them going! What better way than a cute and creative coffee bar?

...We could definitely use one of these today.

7. Taco Bar

Because love is spicy! Spice up your wedding day with a taco bar, and give guests something to taco 'bout (okay, we're done with the puns).
